Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SM&CR) - Conduct Rules for Senior Managers for Insurance Firms
From 10 December 2018, the revised Approved Persons Regime (APR) has been replaced by the Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SM&CR) for insurers.
