Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SM&CR) - Individual Conduct Rules for Insurance Firms
From 10 December 2018, the revised Approved Persons Regime (APR) will be replaced by the Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SM&CR) for insurers.
This course will help you understand and comply with the new SM&CR Conduct Rules training and notification requirements.
We cover the roles, responsibilities and Conduct Rules for ALL STAFF in insurance organisations, with emphasis on ‘Tier 1’ Rules applicable to ALL staff.
